How is the content delivered in this course?

Are the supplements you recommend expensive or hard to obtain?

When it comes to supplements, the highest quality can often mean the highest price, but not if you know what you're looking for and where to look (like I do!). You'll find throughout the program that I'm more interested in the forms the supplements come in, as well as their ingredients and any third party testing. In most cases, I will recommend 2-3 different brands that meet my (high!) standards, all at varying price points. There are also many cases where I am able to offer practitioner discounts to my clients for some of the most reputable supplement companies on the market today. 

Are the meal plans strict? Do I have to follow them?

Do the recipes include any common allergens?
